  2. What a good idea. Those are such expressive photos and form a very cohesive group. Because I like sunshine and shadows, I particularly like the fifth one. The spinning wheel and the last one are also very appealing.

  3. Very good sense of motion in the images, the #7 and last image are the most pleasing of this and I really like the use of B&W in #2 is very good, I like the amount of contrast you have got.

    1. Thanks. I was basically going that from the bike's perspective all the rubbish stuff should be in black and white. Then it got happier and more colourful after we eventually got out on a ride.

  4. You beat me to it! I think I might be sometime soon copying your idea! Anyway, back to the photographs: The three photographs with movement I find very interesting both from a composition and technical point of view. Would like to know how you mounted the camera with out falling off when taking the photos. The third from the bottom stand out with the background of trees and the moving wheal. The compositions on the yellow line and the street one is strong, interesting thanks.

  5. I enjoyed looking at all of these, some very interesting shots! I especially like the trees in the bike wheel-I'd never have thought to do that and find the image very original (when taking photos of a bike). A great variety of motion and detail and each photograph brings a different feel.

    1. Thanks. I was rotating the camera on a slow shutter to give a rotational effect to the trees while trying to keep the bike wheel centred. I'd like to set this one up again - all a bit of a rush. Ideally what I wanted was to get the camera AND wheel rotating at the same speed, so that only the trees were rotated. But that's going to take a lot of practise!
